breakfast: banana, egg and brocolli with a cup of milk snack: n/a lunch: whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter, baked chicken with salad pre-dinner: carrots, brocolli and beans dinner: cinnamon raisin bagel, black coffee snack: mandarin, greek yogurt with cranberries and pumpkin seeds
exercise: Insanity: Plyometric Circuit :)
went to bed: projected 12 AM

went shopping and my friend told me to flex my arms and holy crap do I have muscles! I swear they weren’t this guntastic two weeks ago!
I’m loving Insanity so far, though! Might have to stop for the next two weeks because school is starting again but I will definitely work out on weekends :D
