I’ve also decided not to weigh myself anymore. True fitness is not reflected by a number on a scale, because I can be 105 lbs and thin but not toned, or 120 lbs with beautiful sculpted abs of greatness. I rely too much on the scale, so I’m going to put it away and focus purely on physical changes.
