breakfast: banana, egg and brocolli with a cup of milk
snack: n/a
lunch: whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter, baked chicken with salad
pre-dinner: carrots, brocolli and beans
dinner: cinnamon raisin bagel, black coffee
snack: mandarin, greek yogurt with cranberries and pumpkin seeds
exercise: Insanity: Plyometric Circuit :)
went to bed: projected 12 AM
notes: Getting back into the tumblr groove. Today I woke up and thought “dont want to exercise” BUT I DID ANYWAY and lemme tell you, I felt fantastic.
ahhh I love peanut butter. I could eat it all day. (but I wont)
